Sleeping with Little Debbie

I started a diet yesterday.

I've never dieted in my 31 years.

Always eating whatever i want.

-My memory flashes to my early 20's-

Sleeping with a box of ho-hos next to my bed.

I would finish the entire box whithin 48 hours.

Not any more.

I've joined Weight Watchers.

For 2 reasons-1. It couldn't hurt me to loose 20 pounds.

2. To improve my relationship with food.

Now you have to understand...

I'm not necessarly an over eater.

I actually hate to eat. The obligation of HAVING to eat just pisses me off.

On top of that, I hate to cook.

So everything i choose to eat is pretty unhealthy for me.

The food that I do actually love to put in my mouth is all sugar (cake, cookies, chocolate...)

Now i look up my favorite sandwich and shockingly see its 22 points.

I'm only allowed 22 points in my intire day.

I will miss you, Nata chicken sandwich...
